Full Wedding Planning & Design
• Complimentary consultation with one of our FWE Expert Project Managers.
• Proposed FWE certified award-winning culinary Chef for food selection.
• Produce a collage and design idea layout for your special day.
• FWE Project Manager to create budget, wedding and reception itinerary, oversee in selecting a ceremony and reception venue, assist with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding ceremony, instruct attendants about their duties, direct the processionals, recessionals, and receiving line, wedding day coordination and reception planning.
• FWE Design Concierge to facilitate with selecting a theme, color scheme style of the wedding and reception, arrangement of wedding attire and accessories.
• FWE Vendor Manager direction with negotiating and creating contracts, booking appropriate vendors (e.g. florist, caterer, photographer, pastry chef, videographer, musicians, venue facilities, transportation providers, invitation designers, construct venue floor plan, etc.)
• Guidance information to obtain a marriage license.
• Attend and oversee the rehearsal.
• Provide a stress-free day for the bride and groom.
Wedding Coordination
• Complimentary consultation with one of our FWE Expert Project Managers.
• FWE Vendor Manager to facilitate contract review and vendor negotiation, coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner, finalize/ close out last payment due to vendors.
• FWE Expert Project Manager ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors’ services/products and wedding day execution plan.
• Scheduling appointments with vendors and clients.
• On-site FWE Expert Project Manager to direct vendors on the day of the wedding.
• FWE Design Concierge to ensure that the wedding day design layout expectation of the bride and groom is met.
Day Of Management Only
• A transition meeting with your FWE Expert Project Manager to discuss vendors, event details, and expectations.
• Create and finalize wedding day itinerary.
• Discuss vendor schedule and create vendor contact list.
• Meeting at venue to finalize layout.
• Manage vendor detailed scheduled tasks.
• Coordinate wedding party entrance.
• FWE Design Concierge to oversee seating arrangements, head table, cake table, gift table, sweet table, favors, menus, decor design, programs and caterer.
• On-site FWE Expert Project Manager for the day of the wedding coordination, distribute any remaining vendor balances and tips, conduct with any vendor or guest issues – source of communication.
